In 2007 after completion of my 3yrs diploma in Computer science and Engg., I was doing a .net course from an institute. One day my friend Sandeep aka Sandy (another PHP guy) meet me and then we start discussing our college memories and other kinds of silly stuff and then he asked me "what are u doing now a day"?. I said, nothing just doing DotNet course from a......... institute. So he told me about PHP (a giant of web world) and my question was...PHP.....what is this?. He smiled and told me its a programming language which is used to make webpages for a website and that time I was thinking another computer language (for God shake who created these languages......). But after some time I went to B.tech collage than in 3rd yrs I started my summer training in a company where my friend already working (and my GF too ). In that company they all working on 'IGNOU' (Indra Gandhi National Open University) project so here I had started my career in PHP and interact first time with Drupal.
When I saw Drupal first time then my first question was in my mind that "what's this bull shit?" and why they all working on it. Anyway, I am a PHP guy so this is not for me... After 1 week My senior appointed me for IGNOU Drupal trainer and he told me to start preparation in Drupal and how to run it. That time I was so afraid to handle Drupal and the most dangerous part is its database where so many tables are in it. All the time I just add content in it and check where it saves but I was confused and I couldn't find it. So finally I leave this after one month and start learning in core PHP. I am the only guy in my college who was doing his training in PHP because at that time everybody doing their training in Java and DotNet but not in PHP.
Now the time goes and I promoted to final years. I forgot the Drupal. After some time I have got my first project in core PHP for my friend's educational institute and for this he given me 4K bugs, that was my first earning in this field so I had bought a 2nd-hand computer and start working on that. But every-time I just thinking about Drupal but as a fresher, I don't know how to start work on that. Times passes away, one day a guy (Rajeev an Aquia guy...) meet me, who purely works in Drupal and he drags me in Drupal technology. He gave me the first start in Drupal.
Now this time I must say this "Bull shit thing Means Drupal " is only for my kind of bull's like peoples who only want to do work in Drupal just drupal nothing else. I like Drupal and I love it. I have knowledge in WordPress too but Drupal is my first choice.
So this is PHP, Drupal and Me... :)
